Experience different styles of classical guitar music at a recital at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside on Friday 2nd March.

Guitarist Susie Gray, a final-year communications and management student and Andy Daglish, her personal tutor and modern languages lecturer at the university, have organised the evening, to be held in the Atrium at the Lincoln campus from 7:30pm.

The recital will include medieval English, Irish and Spanish guitar music and is aimed at music lovers as well as ‘non-music lovers’. There will also be poetry readings and people should feel free to come along at any time throughout the evening.

“The recital offers the opportunity to explore a different style of music in a relaxed atmosphere,” commented Susie. “It doesn’t matter if those who come along have never listened to the music before.”

There is no entry fee, but any donations will be given to a local charity - Nomads furniture project.
