The fourth talk in the ‘Lincoln in the University and the University in Lincoln’ series, scheduled for Thursday evening (27th April), has been postponed until November.


The seminar was to have been led by Mark Papworth of ABB Alstom Power.


The series of seminars began in January with the aim of promoting understanding and co-operation between the city and its university.


The next talk will be given at 6.30pm on 25th May 2000 by Paul Hodgkinson of the Simons Group.


The series will continue at 6.30pm on 29th June 2000 with a further seminar led by Tom Coates of Urban Challenge.


The talks, which take place in the university’s Cargill Lecture Theatre, are free and are followed by refreshments in the university atrium.
