CAMPUS OPENS ITS DOORS FOR SCRUTINY
Would-be students of all ages and backgrounds will descend on the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside on Saturday as it continues its recruitment drive for this September with an open day.
Subject talks and accommodation tours are just two of the many activities on the day which will give visitors an insider’s view of life at the Cottingham Road campus.
Anyone interested in the university’s programmes for September entry or just curious about university life is welcome to turn up from 10am.
Talks on each subject area offered at the campus will be held throughout the day and visitors are welcome to tour the learning support and language facilities where students and staff will be on hand to answer any questions.
“The university offers an extensive range of subjects at its Cottingham Road campus,” said Education Liaison Manager Jacqueline Mayer. “Saturday is a great opportunity for anyone, regardless of age or background, to come along and see what we have to offer the people of Hull.”
Staff from the accommodation service will be available for a chat and tours of on-campus accommodation will take place throughout the day.
Subject areas taught at Cottingham Road include engineering, computing, social sciences, marketing, business and European studies.
Registration begins in Wilberforce Hall at 10am.
