CAMPUS OPENS ITS DOORS FOR SCRUTINY
The doors open at the City Centre campus of the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside on 2nd February for an open day.
Subject talks and accommodation tours are just two of the many activities on the day which will give visitors an insider’s view of life on campus.
The City Centre campus at Queen’s Gardens and George Street is comprised of the schools of art & design and architecture.
Anyone interested in the university’s programmes for September entry is welcome to turn up from 10.30am and upon arrival should go to the restaurant on the ground floor of the university building on George Street for registration.
“Anyone with questions about the courses run at the city centre campus should just turn up on the day when they will have the chance to get them answered,” said education liaison manager Ann Spencer.
Talks on each subject area offered in the city centre will be held throughout the day and visitors are welcome to tour the learning support and language facilities where students and staff will be on hand to answer any questions.
The Pacific Court halls of residence, which overlook the River Hull, are two minutes walk from the city centre. Staff from the accommodation service will be available for a chat and tours will take place throughout the day.
Subject areas taught at the City Centre include Animation, Phonic Art, Interior Design, Architecture and Museum & Exhibition Design.
