A cash prize worth £300 was the reward for the outstanding Accountancy student at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside.


Joanna Hawksworth, a second-year Accountancy undergraduate who studies at the university’s Cottingham Road campus in Hull, won the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) Wm Jackson prize for her outstanding performance in her management accounting exams.


Joanna, of Dovecliffe Road, Stretton, near Burton-upon-Trent, is a former pupil of Ferrers High School in Burton.
