A series of short computer courses will begin at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside on 21st June.


During the intensive three-week part-time courses students will have the chance to brush up on skills or learn some new ones from scratch.


Software to be covered includes Architectural Desktop, Photoshop and Quark XPress and students will benefit from small teaching groups with a maximum of six people per class.


The course comprises three weeks of two three-hour sessions and costs £150. Under the Humberside Training and Enterprise Council’s ‘Individual Learning Accounts Initiative’, employees of small to medium-sized enterprises may be eligible for a grant of £125 towards the course fee.


Applicants can take the course between 21st June and 9th July and between 9th to 27th August.
