The University of Lincolnshire & Humberside will be encouraging adults go back to school during Adult Learners Week later this month (17th - 21st May 1999).


Members of the public will be able to visit the university’s Cottingham Road campus between 17th and 20th May for free taster sessions days aimed at tempting adults to continue their education.


Events at the university will include:


·     an introduction to the Internet - Monday and Wednesday 1pm to 4pm

·     enhance your career prospects - Monday 1pm to 4pm

·     an introduction to computing - Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 4pm

·     an introduction to computer-aided design (CAD) - Tuesday and Thursday

1pm to 4pm


Staff from the university will also be manning a stand on the ground floor of Princes Quay from 15th to 21st May.
