A prospectus to launch the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside into the new millennium has now been published.

It is the first time the university has combined subjects at the Hull and Lincoln campuses into one unified document.

Demand for the 275-page prospectus is growing fast and over the next year an estimated 60,000 will go out nationally and internationally.

Cathy Twigg and Tony Bennett, the university’s corporate publications team, have spent the last few months writing the publication and then scrutinising it to ensure that no detail is missing.

“Our 2000 prospectus will surprise people,” said Mr Bennett. “Never before has a single document more accurately reflected the potent and heterogeneous range of subjects offered by the university.”

Bringing the Hull and Lincoln programmes together enables prospective students to make an informed choice about what they want to study.

“Clarity and confidence are obvious attributes of the publication, from a university proactive within its region, nationally and throughout the world,” he added.
