The writer and broadcaster Alan Plater will give a public lecture in Lincoln this Wednesday (10th March).


Mr Plater found television fame with ‘Z Cars’ and ‘Softly Softly’ and won a clutch of awards for his TV serial ‘A Very British Coup’. His lecture has been organised by the Faculty of Arts and Technology and will take place at 6pm at the Co-op Lecture Theatre on the Lincoln campus.


Members of the public are welcome to attend the talk, to which admission is free.
