STUDENTS GO ‘DAFFY’ FOR CANCER DAY

University students will be making a nuisance of themselves in Lincoln city centre on 20th March... but it’s all in a good cause.

The University of Lincolnshire & Humberside Students’ Union is organising a ‘Daffodil Dash’ on Marie Curie Cancer Day to help raise money for the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity.

They’ll be wearing and selling daffodils along the High Street throughout the day - any students who would like to help out are asked to ring the ULH Students’ Union on 01522 886142.

“We’re pleased to be involved in such a productive and worthwhile cause,” commented Simon Green, Vice-President of the Students’ Union.
