MYSTERIES OF LIFE UNRAVELLED AT LECTURE

 

 

The puzzle of life’s fundamental questions will be the topic of the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside’s Annual Chaplaincy Lecture on Tuesday, 2 March at the Cottingham Road campus.

 

This year’s speaker will be Dr Peter Vardy who teaches the Philosophy of Religion at Heythrop College, London University. His lecture is entitled “What does it mean to say God exists?” and he will draw on the teachings of both the Catholic and Protestant faiths.

 

The lecture will be held in the Weighton Lecture Theatre at 5pm and will be chaired by John Lockwood, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
