Introduction Media and Humanities conducts research at an international level combining traditional scholarship with active professional practice. Researchers are all active undergraduate teachers consequently their interests reflect the main areas of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching: Drama, History, Media and Cultural Studies, Journalism, Media Production and English. |

The Faculty enjoys a thriving research culture including regular research seminars and houses three research centres: Centre for European Cultural Studies (CECS); Centre for Research in Journalism (CRJ) and Centre for Regional and Local History (CRLH). Postgraduate students participate in the work of seminars and centres and enjoy their own dedicated work and social space within the Graduate School. |
