I loved the quaint look of the town, and the contrast between the old city and the modern university. The library actually mixes these two sides brilliantly. Getting a degree from the University of Lincoln definitely helped me get an international job. Spending 6 months overseas is very common for French students, but getting an actual degree is not that usual. I used that fact as a personal USP during my job interviews
