2nd Year Architecture Prizewinner

Thomas Atkinson, 2nd Year BA(Hons) Architecture, has won a prize in the Isover international competition. In the international, 2nd stage,  Tom will be competing against 13 other countries including France, Austria, Spain, the Netherland.

The students work will be exhibited along with all the other international EU winners, in Slovenia.

The Competition title is: Sustainable Work: A challenge for the future today Design of a new office complex for Saint-Gobain Isover at the East Midlands, UK.

The jury was a blind review. The National Jury panel consisted of: Gerry Mitchell- Head of Innovation -Isover Andy Earl- Program Leader - School of Architecture- Lincoln University Brian Ford - Chair in Bioclimatic Architecture Julian Marsh - Marsh Groshowski Jerome Baddley- Nottingham Energy Partnership.
