Food Safety Level 2 Award (CIEH) - Refresher
Anyone who has taken the CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety is recommended to take a refresher course three years after completion.
The aim of this course is to enforce the food hygiene legislation, and refresh your knowledge of good food hygiene practice, while encouraging best practice within the workplace.
The course covers the following:
- Responsibilities for food safety
- Personal hygiene
- The work environment
- Product safety.
Available as an open course, and delivered at the Holbeach Campus, individuals will need to have a current, in date certificate to be able to take the refresher course.
We can also tailor a refresher course to meet your organisation's specific needs for a group of employees on site.
