MPhil/PhD Lincoln School of Computer Science Lincoln Good first degree or MSc

Introduction

Applications are welcomed if they are a research student wishing to study in areas relevant to the work in the School’s research centres. 

Research in areas such as computer vision, robotics, image engineering, social or cultural computing, digital content analysis or technology in education aligns particularly well with our existing work and expertise. Entry to the doctoral study programmes can be through MPhil or PhD registrations. Applicants will usually work with two supervisors throughout their studies and will access a range of the School’s facilities. Training in research methods features in the early part of the programme and, as they progress, applicants will be encouraged to publish their findings in national and international conferences and journals.
