This is an excellent career option for those who wish to become professional horticulturalists, and develop practical, technical and supervisory skills. It combines plant knowledge, horticultural management and creative flair. The programme offers you the opportunity to learn how to establish, maintain and manage plants, design gardens and construct garden features using a wide variety of plants and diverse materials.
Entry Requirements
A minimum of 4 GCSE's at grade C or above to include English Language, Maths and Science or a Level 2 qualification with a merit profile in a related discipline. You must also demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy. All applicants must be at least 16 years of age on entry. Applicants with suitable industrial experience or background will also be considered.

You will be taught through a combination of formal lectures, practical design work and case study. Your progress will be monitored continuously throughout the programme, using a combination of assignments and practical assessments.
