Choosing where to live while studying is a big decision. At the University of Lincoln, students can choose from a wide range of accommodation, most of which is on, or a short walk from, our city-centre campus. For those who make Lincoln their first choice, accommodation is guaranteed if you apply for it by 30 June.

Lincoln Courts is a stunning waterfront accommodation complex, situated on campus in the heart of the Student Village.
It is close to the University of Lincoln’s academic buildings, Student Support Centre and Students’ Union, with the city centre’s amenities just a short walk away.
The complex is made up of furnished self-catering apartments which house three to eight students, most of which have bedrooms with en-suite facilities. There is a launderette, bicycle storage and 24-hour on-campus security.
Cygnet Wharf is the latest development in the University’s Student Village and is due to open in September 2017. The three-building complex is located in the centre of the Brayford Pool Campus, offering easy access to all the University’s buildings and the city centre. Each contemporary building is made up of self-catering apartments. In total there are 442 furnished, en-suite bedrooms.
Rent for properties in the Student Village is inclusive of utility bills, personal possessions insurance and WiFi internet access. You can view our accommodation when you visit us at an Open Day.
In addition to our on-campus accommodation, the University of Lincoln offers halls of residence and a number of shared housing options located close to the campus and the city centre. These offer a similar level of support to on-campus halls.
