Standard Entry Requirements
Undergraduate
Courses
Each undergraduate course has its own standard minimum entry
requirements in terms of previous qualifications. These are generally
specified in UK A Level points.
When making your application to this university, please detail any qualifications you have already gained.
For those qualifications gained outside the UK, please include information about the content and structure of the course and the country where it was obtained.
All applications to undergraduate courses must be made directly to the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).
Candidates for undergraduate courses must refer to their chosen course web page for detailed entry requirements.

Postgraduate
Courses
Candidates for postgraduate certificate and diploma courses
must normally have one of the following:- A degree.
- Other qualifications together with appropriate experience.
- Substantial related experience which demonstrates the candidate possesses appropriate knowledge and skills to undertake the proposed programme.
Candidates for MA/MSc/MBA programmes must normally hold one of the following qualifications:
- An honours degree.
- A postgraduate diploma or professional qualification recognised as being equivalent to an honours degree.
- Other qualifications or experience which demonstrate that a candidate
possesses appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree standard
Candidates holding qualifications other than these will be considered on their merits and in relation to the proposed programme of study.
Candidates for Research Degrees (MPhil/PhD) must normally hold one of the following qualifications:
- A first or second class honours degree
- A non-graduate qualification which the University has deemed equivalent to an honours degree
- A higher degree of a university of the United Kingdom or of the CNAA, or equivalent.
