About the Course
We understand that as an international student it can take some time to adjust your English language skills to a new environment so here at the University of Lincoln we have a specialist English Language Centre who will offer help and advice to you both before your course and for the duration of your study.
Every year we deliver a Pre-sessional English and Academic Study Skills programme (PEASS) for international students who wish to enhance their English language skills. Pre-sessional courses are specialist courses which prepare international students for study in UK higher education.
Only those students who hold an offer to study at the University of Lincoln may apply for these courses. We can add the PEASS course to your offer automatically if you do not meet the University’s English Language entry requirements.
However, even if you have met the University's language requirements the course is highly recommended. It is an ideal preparation course which gives you the opportunity to practice and improve the study skills essential for successful academic study.
The University of Lincoln PEASS course includes the following:
- Intensive teaching sessions and support
