Art History at Lincoln

Students choosing to study Art History and History at Lincoln will become part of a vibrant academic community. Our academics work in diverse cutting-edge fields – from ancient mosaics and medieval forensics, to modern newsreels and cinemas – and we aim to share this research with our students.

Our BA (Hons) Art History and History is designed to support students to develop and enhance a wide range of skills, so that they are able to shape their profile to suit a range of future careers. Students will have access to unique resources for their own research, such as the Cathedral Library, the Lincolnshire Archives, MACE (Media Archive for Central England), The Collection and the Usher Gallery.
