Aims

This course aims to develop a wider understanding of food allergens and control in the factory environment.

Content

Understand why food allergen awareness and control is required, the importance of controlling food allergy risks and intolerances as well as how to provide food allergen information.

Delivery

This half day course is delivered on site at The National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Holbeach and can also be delivered on business premises.

Assessment

Certificate of attendance or after successful completion of assignments, FDQ certificate with unit credits.
