Aims

This course is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. It particularly supports practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management. This award benefits employers by supporting those staff with management responsibilities but no formal training to: Develop into effective and confident first-line managers, secure better relationships and communication in teams, become managers with the tools to develop their own skills and abilities.

Understand How to Motivate to Improve Performance, Understand Conflict Management in the Workplace, Understand Organising and Delegating in the Workplace

Delivery

This three day course is delivered on site at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Holbeach and can also be delivered on business premises.
