Sports & Societies

As well as a place to study, University is also a place to live and socialise. We aim to make it as easy as possible for students to make new friends and play an active social role in University life and its social networks.

From the Debating Society to American Football, the aim of Sports and Societies is to bring together students with common interests and facilitate them in pursuing and a hobby or activity they are interested with.

With currently over 2000 students involved with Sports or Societies there is usually something for everyone to get involved in.
