On-campus Accommodation (The Student Village)

The student village the main campus accommodation. It is the most secure and convenient facility for the University.

Student Village residence fees:

En-suite £4032 (providing 40 weeks of accommodation paid in 3 instalments).

Non En-suite £3664 (providing 40 weeks of accommodation paid in 3 instalments).

Off-campus Halls of Residence Buildings

Example of Charges:
En-suite £3300 - £5520 (48 to 46 week accommodation period generally paid in 3 instalments with a deposit to pay in some cases )

Non En-suite 48 week accommodation period £2500 to £3200 (48 to 46 week accommodation period generally paid in 3 instalments with a deposit to pay in some cases )

Example of Charges:
Room only 48 week accommodation period - £40 to £50 per week
Utilities included 48 week accommodation period - £55 to £65 per week
