Accommodation Services have a number of Landlord/Developers who have
developed residential sites for students of the University of Lincoln. Such
sites have been developed in association with the Accommodation Service in
respect of their location, statutory health and safety issues, facilities and
provision of service to students. (Please note that the developments are not
for the sole use of this University but will be
occupied by our students in the majority.)
The arrangement for this type of accommodation is made between the student
and the Landlord following an initial reservation made by the Accommodation
Service. However, the Accommodation Service maintains close liaison with the
Landlord and will be happy to discuss with students any problems which may occur
during their period of residence.
Students should read Tenancy Agreements carefully and be aware of the
specific terms and conditions to which they are agreeing to, as many of the
rental payments and periods of tenancy differ from each landlord and the
University.
It is important to realise that any tenancy accepted with an Approved
Landlord is for a fixed period and that the tenancy can be enforced even if you
leave the University.
