Repairs

Due to the extensive supply of equipment and services to our residences it is a possibility that some items may breakdown, fall into disrepair or wear out. In such instances resident students should advise the accommodation service as soon as possible after the problem has been discovered. The Accommodation Service will arrange for its facilities associate to investigate and arrange contractors to carry out repairs or replacements where necessary. (n.b. If notification is not given as soon as possible then some delay in the repair/replacement may be experienced)

The same process should apply even if something requires repair as a result of misuse or accidental damage, for which recovery of costs will be made inclusive of admin. charge.
