Welcome to the Laser Engineering Group (LEG)
The group's current diverse research work is focussed on laser materials processing with specific regard to manufacturing, life sciences and micro-machining. All of this research has an industrial bias and has been completed in collaboration with varied industrial partners. Those within the group have vast knowledge in the application of numerous laser types such as CO2, excimer and high power diode lasers over a wide range of actual and potential application areas.
We would be happy to discuss and provide you with a solution to any laser-based problem that you currently have.
