Barrier Cream Field Study

If your horse would benefit from an anti-bacterial protective barrier, in wet and muddy conditions,  the following field study may of use to you.

Researchers at the University are looking to field test the effectiveness of an anti-bacterial barrier cream to help protect against muddy and wet conditions, in horses. (More information)
This study will consist of us sending you a sample of skin cream (for dry at risk skin) and/or a sample of skin powder (for wet at risk skin) at no cost other than post and package (£5.00). In exchange we hope you will provide us with your horse's history as well as your horse's progress.

If you feel your horse may benefit and you are interested in participating, simply carry out the instructions below:

·        Download an application form or print out a paper copy.

·        Fill this in by PC (or by hand) and print out the completed form.

·        Then send by post (address below) with the following:

o       The completed application form

o       An image of you horse's skin condition of area normally affected.
(floppy, print or email separately fruedisueli@lincoln.ac.uk)

o       A cheque of £5.00, made payable to University of Lincoln

·        We will confirm the receipt of you application and cheque by email after which we  will send you the samples as soon as possible.
