Professor Brooker has worked with Policy Exchange (www.policyexchange.org.uk) over the past year to produce two reports 'Out of Sight, Out of Mind' and this new report 'Inside, Out' which was launched on February 9th 2009. Both reports examine the issues confronting the NHS in providing mental health services to offenders.
