CEP Conference ‘Funding Innovation & Collaboration in Probation' - This conference took place from the 25-27th March 2009 in Cambridge. The event examined best practice when applying for EU funding for research/capacity building/practice development.

CEP Conference 'Recruitment and Training of Probation Officers in Europe' - This conference focused on differences and similarities between Probation Officer training across Europe and the possibility of a European curriculum in the future. Sirdifield (Research Assistant) and Gardner (Probation Officer) presented on mental health awareness training for criminal justice staff at this conference.
