This on-line pathway has been designed to support the mental health and social care workforce who contribute to the delivery of care that is organised through the Care Programme Approach. It is intended for those who are not functioning as CPA care co-ordinators.  It is designed to support people who contribute to the delivery of a CPA plan of care.  It is vitally important that these people understand what CPA is, and how significant their contribution (no matter how large or small) is to the successful implementation and delivery of high quality care.

This learning pathway may be relevant to others who are not a part of the mental health and social care workforce. For example, service users, carers and voluntary workers may find the content and exercises useful even though it was not designed specifically for them.'
